How do I place an order?
We at CHINI C have a simple ordering process and our website is optimized to facilitate an easy checkout process. After browsing through our product range and picking a product, you should select the size and colour of your preference before you ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have finalized your purchases you can click on the ‘CHECK OUT” button to go ahead with the purchase. How do I pay?
We support the following payment options:
Cash On Delivery (available in select pin codes)
Credit Card
Debit Card
Net Banking
If the order is placed using Credit card / Debit card/ Internet banking, then the order will be processed once the payment is approved by the bank.
If the order is placed using COD payment type, then the payment has to be done to the courier person on delivery of the product. The payment has to be made first to the courier person and then only the package can be opened.
If the order is placed using Demand draft, then once we receive the demand draft the order will be processed.
Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.
The personal information you share with us is completely confidential. Your privacy is important to us, and we will not disclose the information provided for any reason.
When will my order be shipped?
All CHINI C orders are normally shipped within 3 working days from the date of order placed and delivery would be made to the customers within 7 working days from the date of shipment to serviceable locations. For non-serviceable locations by our official courier, the delivery would be made either through third party courier / Post and will take 10 - 12 working days for delivery.
You will receive an order confirmation by email usually within 24 hours of completing your order.
How do I check the status of my order or track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If your order contained more than one item, keep an eye on your email inbox for additional updates.
How do I know if I’m ordering the right size shoe?
If you are not sure about your shoe size, follow the size chart and pick the size that suits you the best.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel or return an order on our website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
To cancel your order, you must tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of our website and then select the item or order you want to cancel.
What is CHIINI C’s return policy? How long do I have to return an item?
You may return or exchange all items purchased at our online store within 7 days upon receiving of the merchandise. Remember that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state. The merchandise may not show signs of wear.
